I went to The Rub Saturday morning with a painful knotted back and trapped nerve. I had the 30min massage and I have to say it has really helped. The pain and discomfort have been greatly reduced. The ladies were friendly and professional and I would visit again.

Had my first rub this morning. It was great, I loved the whole 30 minutes. The experienced staff member picked up on certain areas of tightness in my shoulders. My body felt so relaxed and in such a good place - hard to explain. This will become a regular appointment as its important to look after you body and get rid of all the pressures of the workplace/home life.

Popped into The Rub for a quick 10 minute massage on my lunch break as I'd pulled my neck during the night and was amazed at how good the massage was in such a short space of time. I only wished I could have stayed longer - will definitely be back!

Decided to drop in for a 10 minute backrub while on lunch today as I've had a achy back and shoulders for a few days now. Never been before but will definitely go again!

After waking up with an incredibly sore neck decided to give The Rub a visit.
Hadn't been before, but definately will go again.
The massage was really good and the therapist managed to deal with all the knots, making me feel much better!
